A DESTINATION WEDDING IN HAWAII

This sweet couple brought their families from Canada and Australia to come together to celebrate their beautiful marriage and chose Hawaii as the middle ground between the two countries. Absolutely adore when couples surround their focus on the guest experience, it just makes it that much more meaningful, intentional, and special.

Dress code: A Touch of Floral

The day was a beautiful mix of joyful, simple, colorful, intimate, tropical, and fun energy. Their dress code was inspired by the tropics and asked their guests to wear anything with a touch of floral which I thought was so cute. It was the perfect touch because it truly made the design of their day that much more fun, cohesive, and true to the surrounding environment!

It was like a sea of vibrant colors bloomed across the ceremony, with guests wearing floral dresses, shirts, ties, and everything in between. It felt like a living, breathing extension of the lush tropical landscape, and the atmosphere just bursts with so much joy that had everyone smiling from ear to ear.

THE ENTERTAINMENT

And to end off the night, my fave part of the evening was the band, hands down! The couple had heard the band playing in Dukes when they were on vacation the year prior and were able to find them and have them come and play at their wedding. It was such a wholesome and genuine experience!

(They also had a beer-boy instead of a flower girl which was so funny haha, and instead of doing a traditional cake cutting, they got a gelato truck instead!)
